Today, the brothers Didier and Olivier GImonnet are passing their knowledge and the
"family style" to the next generation.
Pierre, the grandfather of Didier and Olivier was a vigneron "pour survivre". Champagne grapes went by the kilo and the prices were just enough to make a living.
Pierre's son, Michel was the first generation to be able to create a "style Gimonnet" and find an eager market for their wines.
Didier and Olivier started releasing single vineyard wines that express their "style GImonnet" at its best
