Coulisse style dahl with roasted shoulder of lamb, yoghurt and herb salsa

When the first lockdown took place, Restaurant Coulisse had not opened its doors yet. 
With their opening forcefully postponed, Coulisse asked us if they could prepare a dish for our Saturday take-away. When Coulisse finally opened, Parool rewarded them with an exceptionally high score of 9 in their "Proefeten" restaurant review. For those who where in time to reserve a portion of Coulisse their take-away lamb dahl dish at our store during the first lockdown, this hardly came as a surprise. 

This Saturday (31st of October), Coulisse will yet again prepare their dahl and roasted lamb shoulder dish. 


Freshly baked Sourdough bread by Hotel de Goudfazant

Hotel de Goudfazant will drop by Saturday to bring a fresh badge of sourdough bread. Perfect to accompany your Coulisse meal or pretty much anything else.
